Dr Agbaje currently works as a Consultant Gynaecologist & Infertility Specialist in the Belfast Trust. He is the HFEA Person Responsible for the Regional Fertility Centre and the Regional Andrology Laboratory Director. He is a founding Director and Lead Clinician at Belfast Fertility, Northern Irelands largest independent fertility clinic which is part of The Fertility Partnership.
